Sam Moffatt is a member of the Joomla! Core Team. Sam presently works at the University of Southern Queensland as an analyst programmer working on open source products like Moodle and ePrints in addition to in house developed applications. He previously has worked for the Toowoomba Regional Council in Queensland, Australia where his responsibilities included application and Web development, server and database administration. Sam has a long history dating back to 2003 with Mambo and was a student in the first GSoC program in 2005. Due to his success, Sam was invited to join the Joomla! core and development teams where he advanced such initiatives as JoomlaCode, Migrator, and various forms of authentication. He is a Joomla! developer, active participant with the Joomla! Bug Squad, Mentor for the Google Summer of Code program and undeniably an all around nice guy. |
