Sam Moffatt

I'm a 36 year old computer programmer. I work for the University of Southern Queensland as a Systems Co-ordinator in the Library working on open source systems such as VuFind and ePrints. My work also touches other systems such as Virtua. In my spare time I work on an open source project called "Joomla!" as a development co-ordinator managing aspects of development in addition to maintaining services for Joomla! (primarily JoomlaCode). I also write open source products for Joomla! and for other systems.

In a more academic view, I do marking for the School of Law at the University of Southern Queensland and I also study a Master of Computing at the Department of Maths and Computing (Faculty of Sciences) at the University as well. My subject are is examining security and semantic or metadata powered systems including file systems and other areas.
